Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CoffeeLife, every bag of coffee is roasted fresh, just for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns once your order has been roasted.

No Returns or Exchanges

Since coffee is a perishable item and roasted to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products — even if unopened. We hope you understand that this helps us maintain the quality and freshness we promise with every sip.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with the packaging or product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. Email us at info@coffeelife.in with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ensure the correct product is sent your way at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been roasted. To cancel, email us at info@coffeelife.in or drop us a message on Instagram @coffeelife.in. If the order hasn't been roasted yet, we’ll refund you in full via your original payment method.

Once your coffee has been roasted or shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order.
